If I plug in a USB 3.0 flash drive or an older USB 2.0 externally powered hard drive into the USB port, my PC boots up and behaves normally. Similarly for its behavior inside Windows - usually I can't access it and Explorer freezes, but once in a while I can get in, but then it hangs again after I get one or two levels deep into the folder structure. ![]() ![]() Sometimes, though, it will boot but it seems unpredictable.
